After clicking SIGN UP, the customer will be asked for their email address and cell phone number. And then receive an email and SMS message.
STEP TWO
From the SMS message or the email, the customer follows the link to the GBX MerchantPay PLAID page. They select the bank account they would like to link to for payment.
STEP THREE
Once selected, the customer logins into their online banking account and connects their account. That’s it!
